At Yubixo, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production. Once printing has begun, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will request photos of the item and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong size, product, or design due to our error or Printify’s error, we will replace the item free of charge.

Non-Defective Returns

Because all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Reporting Issues

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a replacement or refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases where a replacement is approved, the cost of re-shipping is covered by us.
